Explore the fundraising stages →We welcome conversations about land, real estate, equipment, and other useful assets. Suitability, ownership, condition, costs, and potential liabilities need review before a gift can be accepted.
Please contact the office before transferring a deed, title, asset, or equipment. Acceptance is subject to Association approval.
CPAs, accountants, bookkeepers, attorneys, real estate professionals, technology specialists, and other skilled volunteers can help strengthen the Association’s foundation.
Alumni expertise is especially welcome. You do not have to be an alumnus to help.
Accounting, bookkeeping, budgeting, financial reporting, records organization, and administrative support.
Real estate agents and brokers, appraisers, property managers, attorneys, and other qualified advisors can offer time or guidance for approved Association needs.
Alumni contact updates, communications, website support, database organization, fundraising assistance, event coordination, and volunteer recruitment.
Office space, meeting space, equipment, supplies, and other resources may also be useful. Tell us what you can offer so we can match it to current priorities.
Professional services should be provided within the volunteer’s qualifications and any applicable licensing requirements. Please keep sensitive records and financial information out of your first message.

The website does not currently process payments. Electronic giving options are being finalized; coordinate all gifts with Bobby Hannah Willis, Administrative Assistant to Alumni Leadership.
Confirm the receiving organization, gift purpose, acceptance, and acknowledgment process before giving. No tax deduction is promised. Property gifts may require valuation and additional documentation. The value of donated time or professional services is generally not deductible as a charitable contribution. Consult your own tax advisor and the IRS charitable contribution guidance.
